As Visualura, we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. Within this framework, we would like to inform you as the data controller in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Your personal data is processed by Visualura as the data controller in accordance with the relevant legislation.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of improving the services provided, fulfilling legal obligations, optimizing user experience, and conducting our commercial activities.

Your processed personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, and legally authorized public institutions for the above purposes and in accordance with the legislation.
4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through automatic or non-automatic methods, verbally, in writing, or in electronic media. The legal reason for processing is the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law; you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if processed, to learn whether it is suitable for the purpose of processing, to request correction if there is a missing/wrong processing, and to request the deletion of your data.
