Platform Overview

Visualura is an AI-powered product photography platform that enables users to generate studio-quality product images, virtual model visualizations, and fashion photography without physical photo shoots.

Service Availability

We strive to keep our Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

Account Creation

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Services in a manner that could harm Visualura or other users.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to Visualura. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

AI-Generated Content

Images and visualizations generated by our AI tools are provided for your commercial and personal use. You may use AI-generated content for your e-commerce listings, marketing materials, and other business purposes.

Our Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Visualura platform, including its design, technology, algorithms, and branding, are owned by Visualura and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our Services.

Credit System

Visualura operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases and are used to access premium features and AI generations.

Pricing

Credit prices are displayed within the application. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect previously purchased credits.

Refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store.

Free Credits

We may offer free or promotional credits at our discretion. These credits may have expiration dates or usage limitations as specified at the time of issuance.

Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any illegal purpose; (b) upload content that infringes on third-party rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our systems; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (e) generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates human dignity; (f) resell or redistribute access to the Services without authorization.

As-Is Basis

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visualura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Visualura in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visualura, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you through the Services.

Continued Use

Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
